Stephanie has over 15 years of customer service and leadership experience. She has always held herself to high expectations when it comes to precise attention to detail and providing an exceptional customer experience. As the Founder of Florida TC Pros, she radiates this throughout the company. She prides herself on her adaptability, prompt response time, and organizational leadership. As a licensed real estate agent working as a transaction coordinator, she has mastered multiple systems that allows her to close hundreds of transactions a year. She thoroughly enjoys the uniqueness that each transaction brings: from the negotiated terms to the HOA applications, and most importantly, the new relationships!

Prior to real estate, she worked in the Veterinary industry. She is confident that those years of experience make her stand out as she is able to quickly prioritize and meticulously document your files while being an empathetic ear for your clients.

Stephanie lives in the Tampa Bay Area with her husband, two kids, two cats, a hedgehog, and two dogs. Most of her free time is spent with her family, catching a Victory Royale in Fortnite, or getting lost in a good book!

Kimme brings strong organization skills and a sharp eye for detail to the real estate world after several years in the veterinary field, where handling fast-paced, high-priority situations was part of everyday life. She now applies that same focus to keeping contracts, timelines, and transactions running smoothly behind the scenes.

In between reading contracts and emails, Kimme somehow still manages to hit her personal goal of reading 100+ pages a day. She enjoys life with her husband and their three Boston Terriers — Sylvie, Harley Quinn, and Ivy — and as a Disney annual passholder, she knows that whether it's real estate or Disney, a little magic and the right team can make any closing feel like a fairy-tale ending.

Cris has almost 20 years of customer service experience—including 9 years in global operations at a large tech company—she has a passion for building strong teams, driving process improvement, and delivering high-quality experiences for our clients and our coordinators.

Throughout her career, Cris has focused on joining companies with a "customer-centric" mentality and strong team cultures. In her prior role, she has led and developed large teams across the U.S., Colombia, and Costa Rica. From launching global quality initiatives, large-scale hiring, to improving policy adherence and mentoring upcoming leaders, she always focuses on the details — making processes smoother and supporting people development.

Cris lives in the Tampa area with her high school sweetheart and husband of 15 years, and is a proud mom to their three daughters. When she's not optimizing systems or supporting her team, you'll find her traveling, spending time outdoors, reading a fantasy genre book, binging the latest Netflix or Hulu hit shows (bonus points if it's sci-fi or involves sharks!). She's also a big fan of all things Disney!
